How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Is Carote cookware compatible with induction stovetops?
Yes, most of our products feature a high-magnetic conductive stainless steel base, making them suitable for all cooktops, including induction, gas, and electric.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Are the handles oven-safe?
Our detachable handle series allows the pots and pans to be oven-safe up to 480°F. However, standard Bakelite handles are generally heat-resistant but not recommended for high-heat oven use.
